Malagouzia variety is cultivated in our private vineyards in Chania, Crete. It is one of the most aromatic Greek varieties. Harvest takes place in the second half of August where grapes are crushed lightly for a short period of time to avoid oxidizing. Fermentation is made in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. The wine remains with its lees for 3 months.
Color lemon- green with aromas white flesh fruits, jasmine and lemon blossom.
