Karavitakis Liastos From Romeiko
This wine is produced from the native variety of Chania Romeiko. It is an easily oxidized high volume variety appropriate for wines which are made from sun dried grapes. Grapes are collected overripe and placed over special surfaces are left to dry with sun light for 12 days. Traditional vivification method follows. The product ages in used oak barrels at least for 36 months.
