It is also called King Cab. The grapes come from our private vineyards. We collect them at optimum ripeness and they are vinificated carefully with full skin immersion and controlled temperature between 25 and 28 degrees. The wine matures in French oak barriques for 18 months. Typical aromas of blackcurrant and black cherries paired with tobacco scents due to oak. Full bodied in mouth with rich tannins.
