Οn the hills of the wine producing area of Peza, at 350 meters of altitude, these historical Mediterranean varieties (Malvazia di Candia & Malvazia Aromatica) has been cultivated. The yield, around 950 kilos of grapes per square km, the viticulture’s attention and the 85 years old experience of our establishment has given this rich golden yellowish wine characterized by aromatic complexity and distinctive flavor. From 100% free run must, resulting through a skin contact procedure. Served chilled, at 9ο – 11οC and combined to crustacean, grilled fishes, white meats with spicy sauces and some mature cheeses.
