A wine resulting from a strict choice of vineyards situated in the central hilly zone of Peza, at an altitude between 400 and 550m. Vineyards are cultivated under the control of winery experts in order to achieve the high quality required. Kotsifali, Mandilari and Mourvedre are the grapes giving that velvety red wine, characterized by mature red fruits and prunes aroma, a full body with a discreet finish of vanilla, due to the 10 months ageing in French oak barrels and a long lasting aftertaste.
