Lyrarakis Plyto Psarades
The Plyto grape variety was saved from extinction by the Lyrarakis family, when it was planted in the Psarades family vineyard, at 480m (1474 ft) altitude in central Crete, in the early 90’s. Plyto Psarades is a wine with clean, pronounced and fruity aromas , with a full and luscious mouthfeel and finishing with a hint of silky tannins.
