An assyrtiko variety at the single vineyard called “Paliarda” at an altitude of 500 meters. The unique terroir and the attentive vinification bring out special features like tea, pear, lemon sorbet and green nuts flavor. Well structured and crispy acidity with an almost infinite aftertaste. . It get matured for 4 months in French 500l oak barrels. Best served at 10ο -11ο C.
