Cabernet Sauvignon ”Indigo”
Red wine, dark red in colour (dark mauve). The juice remains with the grapes for eight days and in this way it acquires colour, aroma and tannins. It is fermented at a stable temperature of 25oC. After staying in selected oak barrels for more than 12 months. It is bottled and you can enjoy it at 18oC. It can accompany red meat, game and spicy sauces.
