At the early of August the harvest began and the new wines of Crete are being prepared. The Winemakers of Crete are doing their best to produce fine wines with the taste and aromas of the Cretan vineyard. Through this very unique fest for us, the harvest, we have created an album full of moments of this time of the year. You can find all the photos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.868614916496594.1073741851.301108403247251&amp;type=3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wines of Crete at the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitgreece.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Visit Greece<\/a>\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.winesofcrete.gr\/cretewines\/el\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wines of Crete<\/a>\u00bb, this August was one of the main subjects at the Newsletter official campaign of the National Greek Tourism Organization to promote Greece abroad, Visit Greece. (Check out the Newsletter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitgreece.gr\/el\/our-newsletters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HERE<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitgreece.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Visit Greece<\/a>\u201d team prepared a bilingual article about the Cretan Vineyard and the \u00abWines of Crete\u00bb, highlighting the local varieties and their uniqueness. You can find the article <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitgreece.gr\/experiences\/gastronomy\/greek-wines\/wines-of-crete\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article about \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.winesofcrete.gr\/cretewines\/el\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wines of Crete<\/a>\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An article about the \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.winesofcrete.gr\/cretewines\/el\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wines of Crete<\/a>\u00bb and the Cretan organic Vineyard was written by Evelyne Malnic reporter of the French magazine \u00abLa Vigne\u00bb. The French reporter visited Crete on July and gathered many information about the bio vineyard in Crete. Her article has been published the website Plus Belle La Vigne BIO.<\/p>\n<p><strong> \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.winesofcrete.gr\/cretewines\/el\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wines of Crete<\/a>\u00bb at the Somm Journal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Somm Journal hosted article about the \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.winesofcrete.gr\/cretewines\/el\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wines of Crete<\/a>\u00bb, by Joe Roberts. The article highlights the new challenges that the Cretan wines stand in the world, about the modern winemaking in the island and the Cretan Terroir.
